RimTyme flexible payment options give you the power to buy how you want, without using credit. Any option you choose includes installation!** To find out which payment option is right for you, visit the Flexible Payment Options page.

Then for your convenience, you can Start An Application online at any time to answer a few simple questions with no obligation to purchase. Once your application is submitted, you will need to visit the store in person to finalize your agreement (including verification of a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance and personal references) and schedule installation.

How can I tell if the item I want is available at a specific store?

Inventory may vary by store location. Our Store Associates will work with you to find the wheels that you want. They also have the ability to special order for you. Find A Store near you or Start An Application online to have someone contact you.

Do you have new custom wheels available?

Yes! At RimTyme we offer the latest wheels styles and brands. In addition, if you're looking to save even more, we carry previously rented custom wheels for a discount. Find A Store near you or Start An Application online to have someone contact you.

Do you have previously rented products available?

We offer “like new” custom wheels and tires that have been previously rented. We run each item through a vigorous Quality Assurance process of re-inspection, refurbishing and cleaning before we make it available for purchase – often at a significant savings.

What are the terms and conditions? And what are my payment options?

At RimTyme, you have the flexibility to choose the payment terms that work best for your budget. You can buy it now at the cash price, use 90 or 120 Days Same As Cash** or make a fixed number of weekly payments with no growing interest. (Semi-monthly and monthly payment options are also available.)

What is needed for approval?

Getting started with RimTyme is easy, because you're pre-approved!** On your first visit, be sure to bring a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance and two personal references. We'll arrange installation at no extra cost – on the same day, in most cases – and you'll be rolling on your new custom wheels in no time.

What if I can't find the information I'm looking for, or what if I want to speak to someone directly?

Your privacy is important to us. The guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to our website are listed in our Privacy Policy.

After Installation

How do I make payments? Can I make payments online?

Yes! You can make payments online (even set up automatic payments) using ePay. Online payments may not be available at all locations, contact your local store for details. To use ePay, you'll need to (1) create an online account with us, using the same email address that you gave to the store, then (2) go into your account and set it up for online payments. Set up ePay now. You can also make payments by phone or in person at your RimTyme store. (Gathering more information)

What if I want to pay off an item early?

It's no problem! At any point in your agreement, you can take advantage of our Early Purchase Option, which allows you to pay off your item when you're ready and save significantly on your remaining total cost. Contact your RimTyme store for your individual savings.

What if I need to return an item or I can no longer make my payments?

Unforeseen things happen, and RimTyme understands. At any time, you can return your product and simply freeze your payments. Then when you're ready, you have the freedom to come back and get the same or comparable item, and pick up your payments right where you left off. Every payment you make at RimTyme is fully protected.

What if my wheel is damaged?

If a wheel is damaged because of any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll repair it quickly and at no additional cost. If offsite repairs are needed, we'll even give you a loaner while you wait.
